It measures 5" x 7" making it the perfect size to fit in a laptop bag, a satchel, purse, or backpack!
This notepad has 50 tear-away sheets per stack. It has a cardboard backing to ensure sturdiness.
Each page features a reassuring, motivational quote at the top that states, "If you get tired, learn to rest. Not to quit." Because we all know that sometimes there just never seems to be enough time in the day to get all we need/want done.
Each page also features the following sections for: the date, a to-do list, the POSITIVE affirmation of the day, a water intake log, and notes.
